HUBRIS ON THE AGENDA FOR EUROPE

By Jay O'Three 6/11/01

President MORON left for a lying tour of Europe this evening. There he will behave in his usual prideful fashion, presuming to tell the rest of the world what is best for them. It will be just one more example of the hubris this half-witted individual posesses.

No president since 1963 has presumed to execute a federal prisoner no matter what his political orientation, not Johnson, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, Bush the Elder, nor Clinton. Yet, President MORON with a two digit IQ has determined that he knows better.

President MORON decided that he knows better than every single scientist in the entire world about whether or not arsenic in drinking water is harmful.

President MORON commissioned a study by the National Academy of Science to determine the cause of global warming, and promised to abide by its findings. Yet, when that study was presented to him, he presumed to know better than those very same scientists and dismissed their findings out of hand.

President MORON decided to abandon the Kyoto Protocol because unlike his shoot-from-the-hip opinion, it was not based on "Science."

President MORON has just instructed his supporters in the power generation industry to spend millions of dollars on an advertising campaign to lie about price gouging and to blackmail Californians into accepting outrageously high prices if they ever want to see another power plant built.

President MORON has also presumed to know better than rocket scientists about whether or not a missile defense system will work.

President MORON boasted about his lack of studiousness in college, mocked honor students, and admitted that he was essentially coasting through a life "authored" by others.

President MORON presumed to browbeat and abuse his own party members so severely that one of them actually changed his party affiliation and shifted the balance of power in the Senate to escape the onslaught.

And so to Europe he goes to spread his peculiar world view wherein one unelected, illegitimate ruler of a single country feels entitled to dictate the actions of all of his supposed allies.

DID I MENTION THAT I'M ANGRY?

The flipside of hubris is usually comeuppance. He will arrive in Madrid on Tuesday.
